1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ulv.sh, a service operated by Wolf Technology. By creating an account or using ULV, you agree to these terms. If you use ULV for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Protect your password, connected accounts, API credentials, and session access.
- Notify support@ulv.sh promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
3. The service
ULV provides tools for building, deploying, hosting, observing, and managing software and related infrastructure. Features may change as we improve the service. Beta, preview, and experimental features may be modified or discontinued and may not have the same reliability as generally available features.
4. Your applications and content
You retain ownership of source code, applications, data, configuration, domains, and other content you submit to ULV. You grant Wolf Technology a limited right to host, copy, transmit, build, modify, and otherwise process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
You are responsible for your applications, their users, their security, their legal compliance, and any data they process. You must have all rights and permissions needed for content and repositories you connect.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use ULV to violate law or another person's rights.
- Do not distribute malware, conduct phishing, attack systems, mine cryptocurrency without written permission, or interfere with ULV or other users.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, usage limits, billing, or security measures.
- Do not use the service to host content or workloads that create an unreasonable security, legal, or infrastructure risk.
- Do not use credentials, repositories, domains, or data without authorization.
6. Third-party services
ULV integrates with services such as Google, GitHub, and Stripe. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we will use reasonable care when selecting and operating integrations under our control.
7. Credits, usage, and payment
ULV may charge for service usage through prepaid credits. Current package prices and usage rates are shown in the service. Live workloads consume credits according to their configured instance type and runtime. You authorize Stripe and Wolf Technology to process purchases you initiate.
Taxes, refunds, credits, and billing corrections are handled according to applicable law and any written policy shown at purchase. Contact support@ulv.sh promptly if you believe a charge or usage calculation is incorrect.
8. Service availability
We work to keep ULV available and secure, but the service may experience maintenance, failures, provider outages, data loss, or other interruptions. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, ULV is provided without a service-level commitment. You are responsible for backups and recovery plans appropriate for your applications.
9. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, prohibited use, unpaid usage, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using ULV at any time. Contact support@ulv.sh to request account closure or personal data deletion. Some billing, security, and audit records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
Wolf Technology and its licensors retain rights in ULV, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. These terms do not grant you a right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse ULV except where applicable law does not allow that restriction or where we provide separate permission.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, ULV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workload. Wolf Technology is not responsible for losses caused by your applications, your configuration, unauthorized credentials, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent liability can be limited, Wolf Technology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of ULV.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as ULV changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when changes materially affect users. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@ulv.sh.
