1. Who we are
Wolf Technology operates ulv.sh, a platform that helps users build, deploy, and operate applications and databases. In this policy, "ULV", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Wolf Technology.
Questions or requests about this policy can be sent to support@ulv.sh.
2. Information we collect
- Account information, including your email address, name, password hash, Google account identifier, and account settings.
- Application and deployment information, including repository metadata, branch names, build and deployment records, configuration, environment variables, resource settings, domains, and operational logs.
- GitHub integration information, including installation and account identifiers needed to access repositories you connect.
- Billing information, including credit balances, usage records, purchase records, and Stripe checkout references. Stripe processes payment card details; ULV does not store complete card details.
- Technical information, including IP addresses used for security and rate limiting, request metadata, session information, and diagnostic events.
- Communications you send to us, including support requests and related correspondence.
3. How we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the ULV service.
- Create accounts, authenticate users, and maintain sessions.
- Build and deploy applications, connect repositories, stream logs, and manage infrastructure requested by users.
- Process credit purchases, calculate usage, and maintain billing records.
- Send account verification, security, service, and support communications.
- Prevent abuse, enforce service rules, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve reliability, usability, and performance using service activity and diagnostic information.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
ULV uses essential cookies to maintain authenticated sessions, protect OAuth requests, and keep server-rendered interface preferences consistent. These cookies are necessary for the service to operate. We do not describe essential authentication cookies as advertising cookies.
5. When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate the service, follow your instructions, protect users and the service, or comply with law.
- Google for Google account authentication.
- GitHub for repository installation and access that you authorize.
- Stripe for checkout and payment processing.
- Cloud, email, database, logging, monitoring, and infrastructure providers that process information on our behalf.
- Authorities or other parties when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
6. User application data and secrets
ULV processes source repository metadata, build output, runtime logs, deployment configuration, and secrets that you provide so we can run your workloads. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit this information and for limiting secrets and personal data to what your application requires.
Environment variables marked as secret are masked in the ULV interface. No system can guarantee absolute security, so you should rotate credentials if you believe they have been exposed.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and billing records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Some application, deployment, billing, and audit records may remain after an item is removed or an account is closed. Temporary registration and OAuth state data expire according to their configured lifetime.
You may request account or personal data deletion by contacting support@ulv.sh. We may retain limited information when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.
8. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted network transport, secret management, and restricted operational access. You are responsible for protecting your account, connected repositories, and credentials.
9. Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your account. You may also disconnect Google or GitHub access through the relevant provider. Send requests to support@ulv.sh. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. International processing
ULV and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use measures intended to protect information during international processing.
11. Children
ULV is not directed to children who are below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their location. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact support@ulv.sh.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects how we handle personal information.
